A US billionaire investor has launched a multi-million greenback marketing campaign to question “mentally unstable” President Donald Trump.

The democratic mega-donor Tom Steyer is spending greater than $10 million for TV adverts calling for President Donald Trump’s impeachment. He addressed the general public in a video that was launched on Thursday.
